Frederick has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, primarily representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases and bad faith insurance cases, as well as representing defendants in criminal cases ranging from felony to juvenile, misdemeanors, and traffic charges including DUI’s. After his promotion to felony prosecution in 2000, he continued as a prosecutor for over ten years, ending his tenure with the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office in 2010. Frederick began working as a Deputy District Attorney in Arapahoe County (18th Judicial District) prosecuting juvenile, misdemeanor and traffic charges. Frederick initially practiced in both civil and criminal litigation with a concentration in criminal appeals. Frederick was admitted to the Bar in the State of Maryland in 1996 and to the Bar in the State of Colorado in 1997. Frederick earned his Bachelors of Arts with a double major in English and Philosophy, Cum Laude, from Regis College (now Regis University) and his Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., completing specialized certificate programs in both Public Policy and International Law.
